I care deeply about doing good work, and even more about doing it with passionate people.

When a teammate has a problem that they need help with, that problem becomes mine. I listen first, ask questions, and stay with it until we find a solution together. It's important to me that my teammates feel supported. This is in part because I've had excellent teammates who've done the same for me and I strive to carry that forward.

I’m known for being calm and organized, especially in facilitation and fast-moving collaboration. During a 48-hour international hackathon, a teammate thanked me for keeping everything structured across time zones. It can't be overstated that what matters most to me is that people feel steady and supported when we’re building together.

Right now, while I'm in a season of transition and actively looking for new opportunities, I’m building a Figma widget with Claude and Cursor, and exploring how AI can support design systems and real-time decision-making. I’m a lifelong learner who’s always trying to get a little better each day.

When I'm away from my computer, I’m usually walking the trails with my two pups, Tonks a Boston Terrier and Frankie a chihuahua mix. Yes, they're small dogs but they're full of life!
